Curious about what I'm working on, thinking about, dealing with on a day to day basis? This will be a list of daily posts where I write about my current projects.

10/10/24 It's a rough Thursday when it falls on the tenth. Thursdays are the day I release new products and the tenth is when I finish the newsletter and deliver it. Those two items took up most of the first part of my day, but I still got a few things done.

Modeled the Tractor Trailer stretch goal, mostly the over under cab as the others were just a matter of resizing. Also got the last clown done so that's another stretch goal completed, if I can finish another one tomorrow I'll be half way done with them. Designed four steampunk fantasy figs on Titan Craft. And that was about it, hopefully the newsletter will generate some more pledges for the campaign.

10/9/24 Did the usual weekly marketing on Facebook and Instagram, but no joy so far. I'm hoping to get a few hits with tomorrow's newsletter but we'll see what happens. Modeled the last machine gun and a couple more clowns, only fifty-five more models to go and the stretch goals will be done.

Continued working on the Vehicles campaign finished the body and started working on the trunk and rear section of the car. I'm liking how it's coming out so far though I'm sure the details will be the final determiner. Started working on next year's road map for crowd funding campaigns, I'm hoping to be better organized and prepared and avoid those last minute panic ridden details just before a campaign starts.

Modeled a couple more pieces for the Etsy product I've been working on seems that will be done by the end of the week. Also manage to scrape up enough resin to print the rest of this week's products so I'll have a full release week after all. Orders have taken a down turn, haven't gotten any in the last couple of days, that always makes me nervous. I'm hoping to have a strong weekend after the releases.

Finished writing the first short story and began a rough outline of the book. Did some digital painting and modeling for the next short video, it's good to make some progress towards that. Created the cover picture for the Goblin Raid scenario and worked on the Thirteen Stories scenario as well.
10/8/24 Well that seems to work I picked up three new pledges on the campaign. Modeled another machine gun and clown for the stretch goals. Did some more marketing on Twitter and Tumblr though I don't have a strong presence in either of those.

Started modeling the police car for the Vehicular campaign, got the hood and upper body done, so far so good. Realized I'm going to need some actual photos to go along with the blueprints in order to spot the finer details that don't show up on blueprints.

Continued modeling the next Etsy product, I'm pretty happy with the way they are coming out. Created this week's materials order, seems a few things are on sale for a change.

Began writing a short story today, been a while since I've written anything but I'm trying to write for an hour a day to get me back in the swing of things. What I wrote today is a bit clunky but once I knock the rust off it'll get better. I also started working on the next series of shorts for Youtube, going to try 3D animation this time in hopes that it's not as time consuming as stop motion, we'll see. Wrote the script/storyboard for the first video and will hopefully have the majority of the first video done this week.
Worked on the Goblin Raid scenario, think it needs one more play through to be certain it's done and then I can post it on Wargame Vault. Also started working on the Thirteen Stories scenario that I'm hoping to have done around the end of the month. Organized the next steps I need to take to get Theewun rulebook finished and ready for listing, still looks like I should be able to release that in November.

All in all it was a productive day, this new schedule seems to be working.
10/7/24 Began the day by updating all past vehicular weapon Kickstarters letting past backers know about the current campaign, hopefully that will draw more backers to the project? Modeled some more stretch goal machine guns, and finished the posing clown. Still need a couple more machine guns and four more clowns. Once those are done I still have twelve more stretch goals to model, but I still have five more weeks to get them done so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Meanwhile I've finalized the list of models for the base set of the next campaign that will run in January of next year, and gathered reference images for them all. Hoping to start modeling them starting next week.
Printed off a couple of sets for this week's Etsy release, then ran out of extra resin and had to order more. Hoping it arrives in time to get a full collection added to the shop this week. Started modeling a product for November release, it's nice being ahead like this takes a lot of stress out of creating products.
Designs a set of fantasy zombies on Titan Craft, did some writing, and more planning for the future. I started a new routine today and it seems to be working so far my only concern is I don't have a lot of wiggle room if something unexpected happens. Something that was driven home when I had to take my father to the hardware store and lost a couple hours of work, but life happens and family always comes first.
